This check list will keep you on track throughout the application, interview, and registration process. Fill out online application. Fill out the Student Questionaire. Contact the SSUI office to make an appointment for an interview. Print and read the Student Contract (PDF) carefully, and bring to your interview. Please print the Informed Consent document (PDF) and read it carefully.
